They will gather a few hundred 4x4's together at the Celebrity Theaters in Broussard, La and ride from there to Shorty's Cypress Bayou Casino on the back roads with a police escort. When you arive at the casino there will be lunch and an auction to support charity. Good times.

Weather was PERFECT, the cause is great, and the turn out was better than ever. Count was 278 vehicles and 700+ people. A good time was had by all. The last Miller Lite raffled for $200!
Not calling anyone out but I don't think I recognized anyone from Delta, Northshore, or A.W.O.L. LA4X4 had less than a dozen people with around a 1/2 dozen vehicles.
The clubs that contributed and help sponser were recognized. None of the above mentioned clubs were recognized due to lack of support.
Next year I'd like to see all the active clubs in the area be inspired by LA Jeepers and Cajun Jeepers and get involved. I am going to ask LA4X4 to be a sponser next year and that LA4X4 show support by encouraging it's members to come out for a good time at the 5th Jeep Jaunt next year. I promise that if you come, you will never regret it. It's a different kind of an event and for a great cause with great people.
Come out and support the American Lung Association.
